Melanie Capps Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop Tumbling Instructor, Company Assistant Director, Mini Company Director Having danced since age 7, Melanie became involved in her high school drill team where she served as an officer. She is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a BBA in Accounting. In 2002, she opened her own Christian dance studio, Dancing For Him. Melanie is a member of the liturgical dance team at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church in Carrollton. While at The Dance Movement, Melanie won the choreography award for Senior Company's Spanish Night dance at Stage One Competition. She is a proud homeschooling mother of three gymnasts and dancers, Chayse, Kade and Ryder. Melanie is celebrating her fifth year (since 2005) at TDM.
