Sophie Wissman Ballet, Tap, Jazz Instructor Sophie graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Missouri State University. Having danced since she was 5 years old, she also studied dance in college, performing as a member of the MSU drill team for 3 years and in college dance productions in the Theater and Dance Department. She has performed at the New Year's Day parade in London, and danced professionally in the Shoji Tabuchi Show in Branson, Missouri for a year after earning her degree. Before becoming a mother, Sophie worked as an employee assistance program specialist and taught dance part-time at Art of Dance. She's active in the ministries of Christ United Methodist. Ms. Sophie is celebrating her fourth year (since 2006) at TDM.
